About every 1 to 3 years
Every surface is different, so we recommend a top-up roughly every one to three years to keep the seal performing at full strength, sooner where it is used hard or takes a lot of sun, longer where it is sheltered. A recommended rhythm, not a fixed lifespan. We track when yours is due.
The guarantee clock
10 years, fixed
The guarantee runs the full decade over the top, covering the sealed system performing as described, kept performing by re-treatment on the care rhythm. Glass runs 10 years on new glass and 5 years on existing glass.

What's included in the $16/m²?
Everything: the full professional preparation clean of the surfaces being sealed, the matched JUMBOGUARD coating applied by our certified applicators, and registration of your guarantee. The clean is never itemised or sold on its own. Glass is priced separately, from $8/m², minimum job $480.
Will sealing stop my surface getting dirty or stained?
No coating stops dirt or staining. What sealing changes is how the surface behaves: it repels water and oil, resists oil and grease staining, sheds dirt and adds UV protection, so build-up is slower and washes off more easily. You still clean it occasionally. It is just far easier to keep looking right.
How long does the seal last?
Two things, kept separate on purpose. We recommend a top-up roughly every one to three years to keep the seal performing at full strength, sooner where it is used hard or takes a lot of sun, longer where it is sheltered. Re-treatment restores it, we track when yours is due, and every surface differs. The guarantee runs for 10 years, covering the sealed system performing as described. For glass, GlassProtect makes water bead and sheet off, so rain and a quick rinse do most of the cleaning and the glass largely keeps itself clean through the wet winter months. It is tested 3× more durable than the leading brand and protects glass against permanent etching. Your guarantee sits on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.
What about weather and curing?
The surface needs to be dry to seal and to cure without interruption, so we schedule around Perth weather and confirm the dry window with you before the visit. The seal is dry to handle within hours and fully cured in about a day.
Is it safe? Is it PFAS-free?
Yes. JUMBOGUARD coatings are professional-grade and applied by certified applicators to spec. MineralProtect is water-based, and both coatings are PFAS-free by composition, no forever-chemicals, and REACH-compliant. The cured coating is inert. Full safety data sheets are available on request.
